Charitable Bequests

You can make a gift that costs nothing in your lifetime.  A will represents a person’s final wishes and intentions.  After providing for your loved ones, please consider a legacy of generosity through a bequest in your will or living trust to provide sustainability for Changed Choices.

If you have not already done so, you need to make a Will or a living trust instrument.  This is a significant and important undertaking.  If you have a Will or living trust, you may only need to add a simple codicil to the present Will or make an amendment to the present trust.

Designate Changed Choices as a beneficiary in your:

  • Life insurance policy
  • Retirement fund or IRA
  • When selling stocks or other assets
